I very much liked The Metabolic Weight Loss Programme. I have done lots of diets but this one worked! Lost what I wanted to, straightforward and it suited me.
Excellent support, encouraging and so helpful. Feel very well, haven't felt like this for 5 years. I used to have a lot of indigestion and now hardly have anything.
